The Farm Management Economics program provides services to producers, lenders, and ag businesses in: 1. Evaluating economic returns and determining the optimum input of new production practices. 2. Developing crop production costs and analyzing grower returns. 3. Providing risk management and financial management education.

Poultry Science

The goal of his program is to develop and extend educational and research programs designed to increase the productivity, efficiency and competitiveness of commercial poultry operations in Southern California to maximize the return of invested capital, while providing consumers with a plentiful and reasonably priced source of wholesome eggs and meat.
