Adult Nutrition Education

Expanded Food and Nutrition Education Program (EFNEP)

Adult EFNEP offers free nutrition education to parents with young children from families with limited resources.  Classes are conducted by Adult EFNEP staff in small groups in the community.  Participants receive 6 hours of interactive lessons that are designed to help them make healthy food choices, read food labels, plan meals, and prepare food safely.

Adult EFNEP classes are offered in western area of Riverside County.
