4-H is an out-of-school educational youth development program conducted by the University of California Cooperative Extension Riverside County.

The Farm Management Economics program provides services to producers, lenders, and ag businesses in: 1. Evaluating economic returns and determining the optimum input of new production practices. 2. Developing crop production costs and analyzing grower returns. 3. Providing risk management and financial management education.
Vonny Barlow is the Forage, Field and Vegetable Crops advisor and can be reached at 760-921-5064. The advisor is responsible for designing and implementing applied research programs related to crop production with emphasis on maximizing production, quality, and economic returns.
